A telecommunication operator is one of the basic level employees who are responsible for the day-to-day operations in a company. They are responsible for direct communication with the customer and solve their problem and assist them in case of any problems. They are also required to undertake unit level maintenance of the company offices, hence it’s important that they possess adequate knowledge about different hardware components. Telecommunications Operator Educational Requirements

  • Candidate should preferably have diploma or bachelors degree in science or electronics
  • Candidate should be proficient in working with MS office
  • Candidate with previous experience will be preferred

  • Applicant should be knowledgeable about network protocols and documentation
  • Applicant should be good with co-ordination
  • Applicant should have a pleasing personality and should be polite to customers
  • Applicant should have self confidence and the ability to tackle any kind of emergency situation
