Telecommunications Analyst Requirements

A telecommunication analyst is a person who is in charge of the official and administrative duties of the telecommunication department. He process and compiles relevant data’s which in turn is used by the relevant authorities for their respective usage. A telecommunication analyst analyze the usage charges and telecommunication charges and accordingly makes invoice and identifies any kind of billing error in the report. He guides the technical as well as the customer support representatives to well in their jobs.  This role is calls for a lot of responsibility and dedication from the candidate who wishes to apply for this position

Telecommunications Analyst Educational Requirements

  • Candidate should have a high school diploma in computer science or mathematics
  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in any engineering field or in the field of electronics communication
  • Candidate with a master’s degree in operation or finance will be given special preference
  • Candidates should have a working experience of at least 3 years

Telecommunications Analyst Job Requirements

  • Applicant should have good analytical as well as computing skills.
  • Applicant should be a good communicator so that he can put forth his opinions to the other members of his team.
  • Applicant should be coma[passionate and guide other members of the team by  demonstrating appropriate leadership skills
