Telecom Billing Manager Requirements

The job of a telecom billing manager encompasses numerous tasks. He/she has the responsibility to manage a team of workers to formulate and implement optimized billing solutions to the clients of the telecom company where he/she works. The billing manager has to be aware of the technical details of the telecom operations and strategize plans to better the working of the billing section by delivering innovative solutions. Education Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics/computer science/IT from a reputed institute with first class grades.
  • A master’s degree in mathematics/statistics/computer science/IT from a reputed institute with first class grades.
  • A master’s in business administration with accountancy as specialization works hugely in favor of the candidate.
  • Certified training in elementary statistical software packages is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • An experience of minimum 5 years in the telecom sector.
  • Should exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills to manage his/her subordinates.
  • Must be aware of the general regulatory norms of the telecom sector.
  • Should constantly strive for formulating unique billing solutions for the clients.
  • Should integrate technical knowledge while implementing strategies in upgrading the deliverables.
