Technical support officer is one of the important designations in the call centre organization which works for enhancing the profits by providing the technical support. Such job position is responsible for encouraging effective technical policies, vocal scripts and managing staff duties. A technical support officer reports to the senior designation regarding the regular updates.

Call Center Technical support officer Education Requirements:

  • A candidate should be a graduate from any stream.
  • A candidate with Masters in Business Management is preferable.
  • A candidate with a course in team management is preferred over others.

Technical support officer – Call Center Job Requirements:

  • Applicant must have fluent speaking and writing English skills.
  • Contender should have good working experience of handling the technical team and managing the ethical working strategies in order to enhance the organization growth.
  • The candidate must agree to work under night shifts and should be able to handle the excessive pressure in order to complete the targets.
  • Candidate should be loaded with brilliant motivational skills and must be interested in serving all technical queries of the customers by feeding his/ her team with upgraded knowledge and ideas.
  • Interested applicant should be capable to coordinating with the sales & marketing call centre departments for passing the business queries, capable of arranging training programs for the team and able to communicate with the senior management for daily reporting.
