Sales Support Requirements

Every business has sales and operations related activities to reap profits for smooth functioning of the business and the development of it. The sales and marketing department has the responsibility to shoulder this specific responsibility. The sales support executive is a part of this department. He/she needs to follow the marketing and sales strategies as designed by his/her seniors and implement those in promoting the products of the company. The sales support staffs are also required to suggest innovative measures that would essentially help the business to meet its sales target on a periodic basis. The sales support also need to document the regular sales activities.

Education Requirements:

  • A high school degree from a reputed educational institute in any stream with good grades.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a college in the stream of management studies or in closely related subject is mandatory.
  • The candidates with a graduate degree in sales and marketing centric programs are highly favored for the job.
  • Certified training in sales related projects and assignments is of huge advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • Should be able to follow the instructions of the senior sales officials and marketing executives.
  • Should possess very good communication skills, both in speaking and writing, as the work involves interacting with different people for sales related matters.
  • Must be innovative in applying the marketing strategies to full effect.
  • Should be efficient in documenting the details of day to day sales activities.
  • Must be punctual.
  • The candidate should be a team player.
