Sales Promotional Manager Requirements

A sales promotional manager manages a team of sales executives to market the products of a company and sell those to the targeted customers. Selling goods and services is the main operation for any business entity that helps it to smoothly function and attain sustainable growth. The sales promotional manager chalks out specific strategies and marketing measures to popularize the company products and pitch those to the clients or customers. He/she also evaluates the performance quality of the subordinate employees in his/her team. The sales promotional manager is required to carefully document the day to day business activities on the sales front.

Education Requirements:

  • A high school degree from a good educational institute in any stream with decent grades.
  • A bachelor’s degree in management studies or sales and marketing from a reputed college is a mandatory credential.
  • The candidates with a master’s in business administration with specialization in sales and marketing are highly favored for the post.
  • Certified training in sales related projects and assignments from an accredited institute is a huge plus.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum experience of at least 2 years at an executive position in the sales department of a reputed company.
  • The interested applicant must possess excellent communication and coordination skills as the work involves interacting with different clients and managing a team of sales executives.
  • Should be able to document the regular business activities of the sales team.
  • Must be able to achieve the monthly targets.
  • Should be ready to work overtime.
