The real estate industry is huge sector for doing business and reaping the profits. The primary responsibility of a real estate salesperson is to market and sell the real estate products to the clients. The companies involved in building residential and commercial complexes and allied infrastructure recruit personnel known as the real estate salesperson to promote their products. These salespersons, as instructed by their senior officials, execute the marketing strategies to sell the real estate properties to various kinds of clients. On certain occasions, the real estate salesperson has to work in a team and promote the real estate products to the targeted customers.

Education Requirements:

  • A high school degree from a reputed educational institute in the stream of commerce is a must.
  • An undergraduate degree in real estate management or in a subject closely related to the field is of great advantage.
  • Although a graduate degree is not required to be considered for this job yet those who have it increase their chances of being selected.
  • Certified training in the field of real estate marketing and sales is a big plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have ample knowledge about the real estate market and the related dynamics of the business.
  • Must be possessing great communication skills for promoting the real estate products to the clients and also expanding the customer base.
  • Should be aware of the general real estate related regulatory norms and legalities.
  • Must cordially solve the queries of the customers about the property on sale.
