Public Health Nurse Education Requirements

The public health nurse is responsible for ensuring that there is proper awareness, diagnosing and treatment made of any disease that might be a threat to the community or society. The education for a public health nurse is similar to the general nursing courses where the student is required to go through a four year graduation course in nursing. It is only in the masters’ level that the student can opt for a specific nursing practice like public health.
