Property Accountant Education Requirements


A property accountant is someone who checks and keeps track of all the monetary and financial transactions and their documents related to a particular property. For example, he has to record the rent payments, process demand drafts and checks, update the database and present a financial report.

The education requirements of this job depend on the kind of post he is applying for. For higher level roles, one needs to study a four-year degree course on accounting to know all the principles but for entry-level roles, he needs to have a minimum of high school degree and have experience and knowledge in real estate investment and handling.
