A Project manager trainee is responsible to carry out the assignment project in a proper manner so that the goals of the project are reached within deadlines and with appropriate quality standards in place. A project manager is assigned a project and he is responsible and accountable for the performance of that project. The project manager discusses the resource requirements with the higher management and is assigned resources as per the availability of them and according to the budget. Candidates who want to become project managers should have at least five years of work experience in that particular industry along with educational qualifications. There are tremendous responsibilities on the shoulders of a project manager and he should be able to handle pressure situations well. Education Requirements:

  • The candidate who wants to become a project manager trainee should be enrolled in management courses in a good university and should complete it successfully with good grades.
  • Candidates can have specialisation in any of finance, marketing, operations, or systems. They are assigned teams according to their specialisations.
  • Candidates must possess a few years of experience in the industry as the responsible needs the candidates to manage other employees along with guiding them to proceed with the work.

Job Requirements:

  • The project manager trainee is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of product or service from the team.
  • The project manager trainee assigns responsibilities to the employees in the team and continuously monitors their progress.
  • The project manager trainee should also give feedback on the work delivered by each member so that the project is well on track and the employee also grows in knowledge and expertise.
