Practicing Nurse’s Requirements

A practicing nurse is the main backbone  of a health care institute. It is the duty of the practicing nurse to provide proper treatment to the patients and guidance to the students who are working as interns in the institute. A practicing nurse is generally a full time nurse who has to take orders and delegate them accordingly for the smooth functioning of the institute.  Normally they work under tremendous pressure and strict guidelines which is regarded as very important in their profession.

Practicing Nurse’s Education and Job Requirements:

«     Candidate should be a high school graduate

«     candidate should have a certified nurse training course done from some recognized institute

«     Candidate should have previous experience of working in some other institute in the same domain

Practicing Nurse’s Job Requirements:

«     Applicant should have a consistent approach towards work, which can lead to an overall development of the hospital as well as of her fellow colleagues.

«     Applicant should have good leadership qualities , whereby she can act as a good leader and give commands and implement the orders given

«     Applicant should have good problem solving ability, along with time management sense.

«     Applicant should be a good listener and should listen to patient’s problem and help them to best of her ability

All these qualities are very essential in the character of a practicing nurse
