The post of personal assistant encompasses lots of responsibilities – the primary being documentation of day-to-day business activities. An able personal assistant functions efficiently in regular correspondence with the business partners, clients and other relevant people of concerned authorities. The person doing the job of a personal assistant is expert in time management, applying his/her skills in scheduling and restructuring the plans. He/she arranges meetings and sometimes gives inputs regarding administrative proceedings.

Education Requirements:

  • A graduation in any stream with at least second class honors.
  • Candidates with master’s degrees are given more preference.
  • A certified diploma in MS-Office and relevant documentation software.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 year experience as a personal assistant in a reputed company.
  • A thorough command over the English language – both in speaking and writing.
  • The interested candidate must have good skills of coordination for a more efficient processing of administrative activities.
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations and reports of commercial and other client-related activities both in intensive and extensive formats.
  • The applicant must exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Documentation of minute details of meetings and business deals.
  • The candidate should be able to handle data when necessary for the purpose of assessment.
