Nursing is regarded as one of the most noble and glorious job in the history of mankind. Nursing Assistant’s Education Requirements

  • Candidate should have a high school graduate degree
  • Candidate should have a certified nursing training diploma or certification course done from any one of the well known nursing school or organization certified by the federal government
  • Experience in any voluntary organization or care giving units will be considered as an added advantage

Nursing Assistant’s Job Requirements:

  • Applicant should have a compassionate personality, and a mental stamina to withstand the trauma of dealing with patients of different kind and nature.
  • Applicant should have a good physic, because this job demands heavy physical strain including long hours off standing during duty hours.
  • applicant should be alert and  active to handle any kind of emergencies
  • Applicant should have quick decision making skills, which is very essential in life saving situations.

These qualities and qualifications are essential in the personality of an Assistant nurse, in order to make her a good health care professional who can administer effective care to the people who needs them.
