Network Analyst Requirements

The network analyst plays a very important role in designing a network, repairing the troubleshooting components of the network and ensuring its proper functioning. They configure the network, maintain and perform repair works. They are responsible for setting up a network, its servers and all other components required for making up a functional network.

Education Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science technology or information technology is compulsory.
  • Additional certificates of networking after the bachelor’s degree would count as an added advantage.
  • Candidates with an additional master’s degree in the same discipline would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the related field of job would be an asset for the candidate.

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess excellent knowledge in networking and related technologies.
  • He or she also should have a sound knowledge of various operating systems and their method of interaction in networking.
  • The candidate must be a good team member along with being a good team leader. He or she should be able to interact with the colleagues and create a healthy work environment.
  • Commendable communication skills are required as the candidate would be required to submit both oral and written reports.
  • The candidate should be punctual and be able to work as per given deadlines.
  • The candidate must have good management skills.
