Motorcycle Mechanic Requirements

Motorcycle Mechanic services and repairs motorcycles. Typical day-to-day job involves changing or repairing engine, adding additional parts to the motorcycle, changing or repairing brakes, etc. There are innumerable motorbikes on the roads and a service dealer gets to service hundreds of motorcycles every day. Most of the motorbikes require regular service and maintenance. With the advent of technology, there are specialised computerized machines to detect problems and malfunctions. Specializing in motorcycle repairing can make other repairs like bus, truck, car, etc easy.

Education Requirements:

  • Although there is no mandatory education requirements, employers prefer to hire candidates with mechanical knowledge.
  • Candidates with a few years of mechanical experience in repairing motorcycles get an added advantage.
