These workers are known for maintaining various assets of an organization and keep them in perfect working condition. In order to be an efficient maintenance worker following are the education and job requirements.

Maintenance Worker Education Requirements:

  • Though there is no minimum qualification for a maintenance worker but if a candidate has a high school diploma and is educated he will surely be preferred over others
  • The candidate should have done some sort of specialized training in his field of maintenance.
  • Any additional diploma in his field will prove to be an added advantage.

Maintenance Worker Job Requirements:

  • A maintenance worker should be physically fit as the job requires lot of labor and leg work.
  • A candidate should have good knowledge about all the terms, tool, apparatus and equipments used in his field.
  • A candidate should have the ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • A candidate should have good communication skills
