Maintenance Customer Service Coordinator Requirements

The primary focus of Maintenance Customer Service Coordinator is to record and analyze the various queries and feedback of the customers on the services and/or goods of a specific company or brand. The concerned person interacts with the customers and knows their opinions, providing them with suggestions and solutions. The job also requires documentation of the processes related to the customer service on a day-to-day basis. On certain occasions, the professional needs to work with the marketing and sales department.

Education requirements:

  • A high school diploma in any stream from a good institution with decent grades.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a subject related to the field of customer service management is crucial for the candidate to seriously be considered for the job.
  • A certificate program from an accredited institution that is centered on customer service coordination is highly advantageous for the applicant.

Job requirements:

  • A minimum experience of at least 2 years in a customer service cell or department of an esteemed company.
  • Should have a good analytic approach in scrutinizing the queries of the customers.
  • Focusing on the main points of the customer grievances.
  • The interested candidates must possess excellent skills of documentation on a regular basis and must convey the reports to the concerned manager of the department.
  • Must be able to keep a continuous correspondence with the customers in regards to their queries.
  • Should be aware of the regulatory norms of the company.
  • Must be well proficient in understanding and explaining the product features.
