Logistic Manager requirements

A logistic manager works in transpiration & logistic companies in order to organize, maintain, evaluate and complete the logistic delivering procedures.  This designation coordinates with every department and senior management for preparing and submitting records in order to benefit the organization.

Education Requirements:

  • A candidate should be a graduate preferably in management stream.
  • Applicant with Post Graduation in business management is preferred.
  • Any additional degree, course or diploma in logistic will prove to be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • The candidate must have effective interpersonal skills and pleasing personality.
  • The applicant must have good working experience in the same field.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills.
  • Applicant must be able to look after the transpiration workshops and vehicles & equipments to prepare the reports for the same.
  • Candidate must have the knowledge to evaluate the performance of labour staff and team activities in order to prepare records for submitting to the senior management.
  • Applicant must be able to work under stressful circumstances.
  • He must be capable of working for long hours.
  • He should have complete knowledge of logistics.
