Lines workers are hired to repair, fix and attach the physical components of a machine, manufacturing unit and newly initiated lines. Line workers are important requirements of an organization and factory.  They serve the purpose of repairing and installing modules with their practical knowledge.  While working, if any of the machines or part of it is facing problems, it is the dire duty of line worker to check whether the problem is encountered due to line issues or some other technical concern is associated with it. Line Worker Education Requirements:

  • There is no minimum education qualification for this post but if the applicant is senior secondary passed he will have an edge over the others.
  • Candidate should have some diploma in line management.
  • Contender with courses in fitting workshop and mechanical installers & repairing will be preferred.

Line Worker Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should have the knowledge of all the too s and equipments associated with this work.
  • Applicant should have sound practical knowledge about the system and must be aware about the risk associated during work.
  • An applicant should have the knowledge of all technical and electrical terms.
  • An applicant should be willing to work over time whenever required.

These education and job requirements prove to be helpful for being a line worker.
