Now-a-days every company has its own insurance planner. Insurance planner is a person who provides insurance financial services to the clients and businesses. The main job of the insurance planner is to assist the clients in planning about their insurance and other financial requirements. Insurance planner may set up his own firm or work for a particular company. Insurance planner helps the company in decision making process related to insurance. An Insurance planner should have a strong academic background.

Education Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a bachelor degree in any stream.
  • If an applicant is an undergraduate, he should have completed course in Insurance from any university.
  • A Masters degree like MBA in finance will be an added advantage.
  • In certain cases the candidate needs to hold a valid Insurance license.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should have exposure in Insurance industry.
  • Candidate should have good selling skills.
  • Applicant should have an ability to manage a team.
  • Candidate must be updated about the changes and events in the field of insurance.
  • Candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicant must have good presentation skills.
