HR Trainee Requirements

HR which is better known as human resource department is the backbone of the company. A HR trainee is required to understand the functions of the various levels of HR functions which includes, staffing, recruitment, payroll calculations, policy formation, induction etc, which are regarded as typical HR functions. The HR trainees in his initial days are required to assist other departments of the company in increasing the production by successfully implementing the HR policies in the department. Openings for candidates opting for this position are good, as HR’s are required by every company irrespective of the kind of business that they do.

HR Trainee Educational Requirements

«     Candidate should have a high school degree

«     Candidate should have a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in human resource management

«     Candidates who are in their final year of any such course can also apply as a HR trainee.

HR Trainee Job Requirements

«     Applicant should be trustworthy and should have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all kinds of reports that he will be required to handle

«     Applicant should have a flexible attitude towards work and should be willing to work extra hours, if his job demanded him to do so.

«     Applicant should have good organizational skills along with an eye for details

«     Applicant should have a co-operative attitude and ability to work as a part of a team

These are some of the qualities which can help a trainee to gain experience and successfully accomplish his duties
