HR administrator provides the support to the HR department on daily routine and he is responsible for scheduling, conducting interviews and supervising all the conducted programs. HR administrator is responsible for two way communication. This person communicates for external affairs in terms of recruitment and advertising and internally communicates with the company staff regarding policies and concerns of employees. HR Administrator Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must a graduate in any stream with aggregate marks.
  • An applicant with master’s degree in HR is required.
  • Additional qualifications in the field of human resources and customer management are preferred.

HR Administrator Job Requirements:

  • A candidate must be good in English in terms of reading and writing.
  • An applicant with sound knowledge of policy preparation including data processing required for recruitment policies.
  • Contender should be aware about the rules, strategies, job opportunities and individual job responsibilities according to HR department.
  • Candidate should be familiar with the risk associated and benefits involved with numerous applications for management.
  • Candidate should have the knowledge of liaison programmes, advertising regarding recruitment and employee records.
