The role of a restaurant manager of a fine dining is that of managing the personnel and the finances that are involved in the daily activities.   • The candidate should have problem solving skills as hotel is a sensitive place that may have issues related to customer complaints very often.
  • The candidate is also expected to be very customer friendly apart from being friendly and an outgoing person.
