  • An applicant should be a graduate or diploma holder in any stream with fluent English and management courses.
  • For technical support associate, a candidate needs to have bachelor’s degree in IT or in any stream with technical courses.
  • A candidate with Graduation in any stream or MBA along with diploma in team management is suitable to work as a team manager.

For customer relationship manager, a candidate should have the master’s degree or M.B.A in any stream with diploma/ short courses in customer care.
