A commercial property management professional is the person who understand the market dynamics and existing rates and helps the client choose the most appropriate decision while buying a property. They have to be good communicator and excellent analyzer along with lots of hard work, as their key role includes a deep understanding of the market and existing rates of the property. They also needs to be acquainted with the government zoning policies and regulations, taxes, population growth, future property values, and traffic volume in the property premises. Their role and responsibility includes investigating all aspects of owning property, including registration, accounting, and payment of taxes, maintenance, and reporting. They must possess good negotiation skill and must try achieving customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

  • The candidate must have completed years of school education and must have done some diploma, certificate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or real estate.
  • A master’s degree in business administration is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are very essential.
