The Job responsibilities of a call centre agent vary as per the organization. Call centre agents are hired for different objectives. These candidates work in both inbound and outbound call centres so there is a little difference between the job duties wherein qualifications remains same. The main role of a call centre agent is to attend calls, satisfy the customers with accurate answers and to sell the products by calling different customers. To get appointed a good call centre agent, consider the given factors:

Call Center Agent Education Requirements:

  • If the candidate has done a course in English speaking or in personality development, it will be considered on priority.
  • Any diploma of short duration in marketing skills is required
  • Graduation in any stream with aggregate marks is required.
  • Master’s qualification with management stream will be preferable.

Call Center Agent Job Requirements:

  • Good control over English speaking is must.
  • Candidate must have the experience of a year to join this designation.
  • An applicant should be able to answer incoming calls to assist the customers in a professional manner.
  • Applicant should be able to handle the courses and clerical duties.
  • Contender should be aware of database updating process in routine.
  • Candidate should be willing to work on rotational shifts.
