Call Center Agent Education Requirements:
- If the candidate has done a course in English speaking or in personality development, it will be considered on priority.
- Any diploma of short duration in marketing skills is required
- Graduation in any stream with aggregate marks is required.
- Master’s qualification with management stream will be preferable.
Call Center Agent Job Requirements:
- Good control over English speaking is must.
- Candidate must have the experience of a year to join this designation.
- An applicant should be able to answer incoming calls to assist the customers in a professional manner.
- Applicant should be able to handle the courses and clerical duties.
- Contender should be aware of database updating process in routine.
- Candidate should be willing to work on rotational shifts.
