Building Surveyor Requirements

A building surveyor’s job is having the knowledge of construction technicalities and applying it with precision. The person concerned does structural surveys and advices on probable renovations. He/she has to carefully scrutinize the specifications of the design plan. The safety precautions taken and required in the building premises are strategically monitored by the building surveyor. The person also has to see that while construction of the building, no environmental law is violated.
