The job role of a bank cashier is to deal with the financial accounts as well as customer enquiry on a day-to-day basis. They deal with the bank transaction procedure and with various customer requirements and queries. They are also responsible for taking up various administrations tasks. With seniority and maturity of tenure the job responsibility changes and increases with more and more responsibility being given to the employee. The cashier is also expected to sell the various financial products that the bank has to offer. The job profile requires quick thinking and smartness to handle different kinds of odd jobs along with the particular job requirement.
Bank Cashier’s Education Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in commerce is required
- You should be a major in mathematics, finance or business
- Fluency in foreign language is an added advantage

- You must be honest and reliable and able to work within a team while maintaining amicability
